Dr. Lynn Carlson is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. Her approach is based on functional neurology, a discipline that builds on clinical neuroscience and uses various non-invasive strategies to help improve or re-establish optimal neurological processes.
Dr. Carlson has over 26 years of experience in private practice. She has served on the faculty of Life Chiropractic College West where she taught in the Diagnosis Department. Currently, she serves as Adjunct faculty of the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies as an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology.
Dr. Carlson has presented numerous lectures on such topics as Functional
Neurology, Diagnosis and Management of Concussion Injury, Clinical Applications in
Chiropractic, and Health and Wellness Principles.
She maintains active status with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board as a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist and the American College of Functional Neurology. Additionally, Dr. Carlson is a current member of the ACA Council on Neurology and the American
Chiropractic Association.
Brad Roblin started Pro Workforce Performance, Inc. in 2015 after working 6 years as a
Commercial Insurance agent and risk manager for Prime Risk Partners. During those 6 years,
Brad specialized in Workers Compensation Insurance and earned his PWCA (Professional
Workers Compensation Advisor) designation in 2013.
Brad focused on:
• Consulting with companies on physical capacity testing to determine if an employee
candidate was fit to perform key job functions
• Assisting companies in creating job descriptions that accurately represented the
essential functions of the job
• Providing introductions to top rated occupational health facilities based on injury
outcome metrics and facilitated communication between these facilities and clients’
supervisors to ensure safe and timely return to work protocols were met.
In 2017, Brad became a certified level 1, 2 & 3 Integrated Positional Therapy practitioner under
the tutelage of Lee Albert at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. In 2012, Brad earned his
designation as a Functional Movement Specialist and trained with Functional Movement
Systems Co-founder Dr. Lee Burton. Brad has conducted nearly 1,000 Functional Movement
trainings.
Prior to 2012, Brad was a professional baseball player and trained in the off-seasons at the
world renowned Exos complex (formerly known as Athletes Performance) in Scottsdale AZ.
Many of the Top Professional Athletes in the world trained at this facility which is known for
their focus on Functional Movement quality.
In 2007, Brad graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors in Psychology.
Pro Workforce Performance is focused on bringing Functional Movement quality to the
industrial workforce in order to minimize the numerous impacts of injuries. Working with
clients in the Manufacturing, Trucking, Construction, and Distribution Industries, Pro Workforce
Performance performs detailed individual assessment to uncover imbalances. Employees then
receive customized corrective exercise training, within the workday, to proactively address
faulty patterns that over time lead to physical breakdown, pain and injury.
